An optical tabletop with honeycomb filling is a working platform for vibration-sensitive devices: microscopes, scales, interferometers, and laser systems.
The working surface of the tabletop is made of ferromagnetic stainless steel 5 mm thick with a grid of M6 threaded holes with a pitch of 25±0.1 mm for mounting various optical circuits and devices. The grid of holes is located at a distance of 25 mm from the edge of the tabletop.
High-precision grinding ensures the flatness of the working surface at a level of ±0.1 mm/m2. The honeycomb filling is made of aluminum or steel corrugated tape with a thickness of 0.25...0.5 mm.
To dampen acoustic vibrations, the side walls of optical tabletops are made of absorbing materials.
The standard thickness of the 63OT tabletop is 200 mm, which ensures the necessary rigidity for most tasks. Upon request, a reinforced tabletop of increased thickness can be manufactured.

We recommend mounting 630T honeycomb tabletops on matching 64OTS supports. The optimal distance between the centers of the supporting elements is 1.8 times less than the tabletop dimensions; when choosing from a standard size range, it should be rounded up.
To connect tabletops, 66TC, 66RTS plates or 66TCS brackets are used. To protect the tabletop from accidental impacts, we recommend using armrests 66LB1 and 66LB2.
