    Protecting the Environment

    We take pride in the fact that laser technologies produce no harmful by-products. Our manufacturing operations generate zero emissions that could adversely affect human health or the environment.

    Our goal is to speed up production cycles while minimizing energy usage. To achieve this, we rely on fiber lasers — they consume less power and offer far greater efficiency than crystalline or gas laser alternatives.

    Lasers & Components

    Preforms

    Preforms are heated in a furnace to 1700–2200 °C to soften.

    Feedback system

    The system monitors the fiber diameter and controls the temperature and drawing speed.

    Height

    The height of the tower is 8 meters.

    Double-sided design

    Double-sided design allows to draw 2 times more fiber.

    Protective layer

    A thin protective layer is applied to the fiber, which prevents cracking and sticking of the fiber.
