We received a request from OKB Motor, a division of PJSC UEC-Ufa Engine Production Association, as they needed an industrial laser machine for mass production of engine parts.

Solution

Launch serial production of laser machines as parts for aircraft engines

When choosing among our cutting machines, company representatives decided on the LEADER industrial complex. A 4 kW fiber laser with a 50 µm transport fiber was chosen as the laser source, since the client set high demands on the roughness of the manufactured products.

LEADER features an automatic pallet changing system, which makes it possible to install a part while processing the previous one. Cutting speed reaches 40 m/min.

Result
