Tilt / Rotation Stage
The rotation stage provides tilt adjustment along two axes in the range of ±5° and rotation around the axis by ±5°. Precision screws provide a resolution of 9 arc seconds. The optical elements are attached to the platform using a clamp with M4 thread. For mounting the stage on the optical table and adapter plates, there are 4 slots for M6 screw, for mounting on optical rods are M6 threaded hole.
