Honeycomb Optical Breadboard
An optical breadboard with honeycomb filling is designed to increase the usable working surface area. When the honeycomb tabletop is fixed to the optical table, its rigidity becomes comparable to that of the table.

The mounting surface has a grid of M6 holes with a pitch of 25 mm, located at a distance of 25 mm from the edge. The thickness range of 62НВ breadboard is 40 to 150 mm.

In standard version, the working surface of the tabletop is made of ferromagnetic steel 5 mm thick.

How to order a tabletop of non-standard dimensions?

You can order the 62НВ tabletop of non-standard dimensions in the following range:

length: 300...2100 mm in 50 mm increments
width: 300...2000 mm in 50 mm increments
thickness: 40, 50, 70, 120, 150 mm,
based on the article number

62HBYYXXZZ

where XX = width/100, YY = length/100, ZZ= thickness/10.

For a non-magnetic version, the ending -NM is added to the article: a tabletop with overall dimensions of 400 × 300 × 50 mm in a non-magnetic version will be the article number 62НВ030405-NМ.

Compatible products

We recommend mounting 62HB honeycomb tabletops on matching 64OTS supports. The optimal distance between the centers of the supporting elements is 1.8 times less than the tabletop dimensions; when choosing from a standard size range, it should be rounded up.
To connect tabletops, 66TC, 66PTC plates or 66TCS brackets are used.
To protect the tabletop from accidental impacts, we recommend using armrests 66LB1 and 66LB2.

Accessories for optical tables:
protective screens, tool boxes, racks and shelves for equipment.

Optional equipment:
Laminar flow workstations and Faraday cages.
