Kinematic Mount
The kinematic mount is perfect for secure mounting and accurate adjusting the position of mirrors, beam splitters, and other optical components with an external diameter of 1 inch (25.4 mm).
The optical component is mounted in the holder frame on two rigid supports and is securely fixed with a set screw with a plastic tip. It can be mounted on a flat surface or on various brackets and holders using M6 holes. The frame position is adjusted by two precision screws.
The mount allows mounting with a rotation by 45°. This mounting option is used in cases, where adjusting the angle of rotation of the optical element in the horizontal plane requires to stabilize the point of intersection of the optical axis with the reflective surface.
Additional rigidity of the frame is ensured by a flat steel spring.
