SMART BASE is a cost-effective solution when large equipment is not needed.
This is a compact and easy to operate machine with high precision. It occupies only 4 m2 in area and does not require special preparation of the room. It can cut various metals and materials: hard alloys, copper, ceramics, rubber, graphite. Power consumption is no more than 3 kW.
- Due to the high-precision positioning system SMART BASE provides precision cutting with an accuracy of ±0.01mm
- The focusing lens provides the cutting width of 100 µm
- The cutting width is always fixed, since the system itself monitors the surface of the material
- Air cooling eliminates a need to replace fluid in the cooling system
- It is equipped with cabinet protection for noise insulation and safety of operators
