    Smart 3: new high-precision laser cutting machine

    At the production site in Obninsk, the LASSARD team developed a new universal laser processing station SMART 3.

    The machine is equipped with a sealed chamber and a system for processing non-standard products, thanks to which it became possible to cut products of various types like sheet and irregular shapes.

    The versatility of the station provides ultra-precise laser cutting of various metals, ceramics, rubber products, plastic, and graphite.

    The SMART 3 station is extremely compact, occupying only 4 m2, and does not require a specially equipped premise, as is usually the case with full-scale laser installations.

    The station is based on a pulsed fiber laser, operating both in continuous mode with a power of up to 250 W, and in pulsed mode, in which the peak power can reach 1500 W with an average of 150 W.

    Our machine features a sealed chamber, a pulsed fiber laser, a material surface tracking system, a special system for fastening non-standard shaped parts, thus being able to process materials of various types and shapes.
